He really knows the local area inside out. When it came to signing the contract, he walked me through every detail and made everything so easy to understand. I was actually out of the country when we hit the market, but he kept me in the loop the whole time, so I never felt out of touch.
Andrew is the first agent I can honestly say is worthy of 5*. He worked overtime to get a sale across the line with a stubborn seller and incompetent sellers solicitor. The extra work involved made at least 5 times the normal workload for a sale yet there was never a word of complaint. From both a seller and buyers perspective he went the extra mile and after dozens of real estate purchases I know many agents wouldn’t have done what he did. He runs a very tight ship at Harcourts Exclusive and would be an asset for sellers or buyers to have him on your side.
