Andrew Mason has handled the sale of our property extremely well, from our first interview until after the contracts were exchanged. He was prompt in returning calls and had the appropriate answers to our questions. At all times we felt comfortable with the process. We accepted his advice regarding advertising and as we required a quick but realistic sale we were very glad we took the package he recommended. We were also not sure about taking the auction pathway but, again with Andrew’s explanation of the benefits, we went that way and were able to complete the sale before the auction date. The rest of the sales team were up to date with the progress of our sale and were able to help us out if Andrew was not available.
