Andrew and Belle Property were one of a number of local agents that we interviewed with a view to appraise our home . Two of those agent appointments were professionally organised and well prepared , one of those others selected to appraise, frankly could not be bothered to cancel the booking and sent a colleague agent who arrived late with the words " well I am here ,so I may as well have a look at it for you ... " . We both thought choosing an agency would be a pretty hard task. Andrew proved us terribly wrong. He clearly stood out from the other agencies with great ease and confidence , his manner was attentive , he was well prepared and above all honest in his point of view. His appraisal was comprehensive and objective , he had carefully taken into account all the unique aspects that made our property an interesting marketing task and looked with relish at the challenge to sell our home . Enthusiasm was the one main astounding aspect of dealing with Andrew. From day one of signing the contract to the day that Andrew sold the property ,the enthusiastic attention to detail and focus on the task of finding the right buyer for our home was clearly evident . Our open homes , our private inspections , all ran like clockwork. Precise , professional and obliging with great feedback being delivered promptly. Frankly the chore of selling a home was not as expected . The Team at Belle move smoothly and with skill , there are no chinks in the armour nor any aspect that lacks attention in their dealings . The team are constantly updated. The end result is that our property sold in a timely manner with as little fuss as imaginable and with a feeling that we simply could not have had a better marketing strategy nor a better team to ensure that we achieved the best price for the property. The title in a heartbeat , truly , we would use Belle and no one else in any future real estate transactions , the choice would be made in that heartbeat .
