Andrew seems to be a very dedicated, hard working agent who communicated with us honestly and without the sales pitch you often get from real estate agents. This endeared him to us immediately. The only negative was that the selling price wasn't as much as we were initially led to believe was achievable, and the asking price was reduced considerably from the original estimate even before the property was on the market. Having said this, the property did sell quite quickly, and we did decide not to pursue a better offer later in the selling process. Andrew attended all open houses himself, and followed up on interest in the property promptly.
