VERY PROFESSIONAL

I found it was always great dealing with Andrew, he was very professional, always kept me up to date with progress, and provided straightforward feedback for my consideration when a decision had to be made. Residential Property Sale

At short notice, Andrew from YPA visited the house and provided us with a realistic valuation on what the property would sell for. He also provided his insights on the preparation needed to sell the house and provided us with contacts to get the work done (Must say that the professionals recommended by Andrew also did an excellent job with their services). Andrew was reachable all the time over phone. When the property was listed for sale, we had multiple buyers at the property on the same day and the property sold within a few days of listing.
