This has now been the second time that I have worked with Andrew. In short, my house was sold in 4 days. Andrew worked outside the catchment zone of his office and still managed to have my house sold just shy of the highest asking price. I must note that Andrew also works with a strong team of professional sales people, each possessing their own strengths. All worked together to sell my home, which at times felt a little disorientating, but nonetheless produced the outcome I was after, sell high, fast and with no fuss. Lastly, Andrew worked to advise and prepare me for the sale before I even signed the contract to take him on as my real estate agent. I work well with straight forward approaches to business and I definitely had that from Andrew. Thanks again.
