Honest, reliable... will definitely use again

Andrew is the perfect example of when an agent makes all the difference. These days it seems the honest and hard working are few and far between. When other agents are busy under quoting and sometimes not even quoting prices at all and making empty promises, its like a breath of fresh air to deal with Andrew. This is not the first time I have bought or sold. I have done so plenty of times before and in all encounters, I can honestly say Andrew stands out above everyone. We have bought from Andrew before and the way that he handles his buyers makes you want to go back to him each time. I actually wanted to buy a property from him again because I was so happy the last time I dealt with him and so I asked him to help me find the right property again. He listened to our needs and when the time came, introduced us to our new home. No mucking around, straight to the point, no up in the air roundabout numbers, no maybes just straight to the point. We believe him, we trust him and so we go with him. Agents many times forget that the buyers they deal with whilst selling are in fact their potential future vendors. I know if I felt mistreated as a buyer, I'd never want that agent selling my home and then treating my potential buyers that way. Its really quite amazing actually how so many agents don't consider this. Big thanks to Andrew! I'm sure we will be crossing paths again very soon.
