Andrew is a really good communicator. Messaged back straight away and promptly got back to us if we needed help with something. He went out of his way to show us the property, even after hours and on weekends at short notice. He is genuine and positive and very easy to get along with.
I liked the way we added things like print advertising only as the campaign progressed. Andrew's experience shone out in regard to the twists and turns of a campaign.

I could not be happier with my recent experience of buying a home from Andrew Milne. Once my partner and I decided to buy a property we contacted 4 agents to set up open inspections at quite short notice. Andrew responded promptly & arranged to meet with us and was the only agent who seemed positive about our request. From our first meeting, we could see that Andrew was professional, well-informed about the property and current market trends and, above all, he was friendly, down to earth and keen to answer my frequent questions. All communications were excellent as Andrew responded to calls, texts and emails immediately. He followed up my questions to the vendor and got back to me promptly.
