In October 2019 I approached three Frankston agents seeking local market knowledge and a recommended marketing campaign designed to achieve the optimum result for the sale of my townhouse. Two of the agents were very keen on a short term auction format. Andrew did not support this tactic and advised that, due to the size and quality of the townhouse, private treaty was the best way to go. Andrew's estimation of the value of the townhouse was also significantly higher than both of the competing agents.
