Andrew and the team at Obrien Real Estate Frankston did a superb job of selling my parents home recently. We leaned heavily on Andrew for assistance with preparing the property for auction and he and his team came up trumps throughout. We needed so many services (styling, furniture and contents removal, house cleaning, window cleaning and gardening) and Obriens arranged quotes for everything on our behalf (extra special thanks to Sophia Milne for that). It really took a lot of the stress and anxiety out of the process as we were able to leave it to the professionals to do what they do best. The online listings, brochures and handouts produced by Obriens really showed the home in its best possible light. We are extremely pleased with the final result too, as we had a $ range where we thought it was fair value for the home and thanks to Andrew and co, they were able to exceed that estimate. Needless to say we are extremely pleased with the whole process and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andrew for anyone selling property in the Frankston area.
