Once again, Andrew professionally guided the sale of our property through to a very successful outcome. He provided assistance beyond the call of duty when owing to extreme heavy rains, he resolved a flooding emergency which we could not attend to fix. As always, he remained friendly, courteous and extremely helpful throughout. We believe part of the reason for his success is that he is also keenly attentive to the needs of the purchaser, which enables him to find mutually acceptable solutions if negotiations are necessary to finalize the settlement.
