Andrew was excellent in most facets of our sale. Our Frankston South Property sold in just 8 days with the price at the higher end of our expectations. However, once the sale was underway, Andrew and/or his staff failed to notify us whether the sale had been finalised by the due date. We were forced to contact O'Brien Frankston the day after to determine if the property had ACTUALLY sold.
