Andrew helped the reviewer sell this property

Incredible result

Andrews initial appraisal was significantly higher than other agents quotes and when I queried this, he was able to expand on his reasoning and justify his price range. Based on this, I agreed to go with his agency and was impressed with the regular communication and updates. I was blown away when he presented an offer eight days later that was $15.5k higher than every other agent had suggested we would be lucky to get. I would thoroughly recommend Andrew and his team for not just providing a price that he could achieve a quick sale and inflate his sales record, rather a price that ensures his agents worked hard to achieve what your property is worth. Strongly recommend an honest and professional agent with an excellent support team.
