First time buyers here. So a steep learning curve and in a time of Covid, most of the people you end up working with buying a house, are just voices on the phone. Andrew was one of the few people we actually met and he worked for the seller. But he was super nice. A straight-shooter who was pretty patient with all our questions. He even fixed the door bell for us when the seller wouldn't budge! I went to a lot of home opens over the weeks and met a lot of jerk real estate agents who wouldn't give you a straight answer about anything but Andrew was the exact opposite. If I had a property to sell, he'd be my first stop.
