Andrew is a capable and enthusiastic young man who will become one of the big names in the industry. Andrew always managed to find the time to communicate the process and outcomes of open houses, inquiries during the week, and attend to the property during the sales process. His energy was evident as was his knowledge of the market and even after offers were on the table and a contract in play he continued to show the property with the same gusto as prior to offers being submitted. This turned out to be to our advantage as the first contract fell over and because he kept working and fielding prospective purchasers Andrew was able to present us with another formal offer within 48 hours. Did we get the price we ultimately wanted? No. However in my opinion this small shortfall in final price is not due to any shortfall in Andrew's efforts or skills. I am confident he achieved the best price for us the market would bear at that time - and that is what you want in an agent.
