Andrew has been looking after my two properties for last 3 years as a renting. Recently decided to sell one of them and after a deep consideration decided to go ahead with Andrew as he has never disappointed us and always gone above and beyond to get the best result above expectations. Got a price beyond our expectations. And process was so smooth and he is more than an agent but good human being and a good friend as it was a quite emotional for us to sell the property.
