I was recommended to Andrew and I chose him over other agents because one agent gave me a very high value which I believed was to get the listing, and then the price would just come down in stages to the market value. Another agent was too low for my liking and Andrew suggested a price range that I thought was fair and realistic (as I had looked at comparable properties) and I thought I would have to settle somewhere between these 2 figures. . I was a bit shocked at the high Agency fee, but it paid off as my buyer offered the highest price that I was asking just over a week after my property was listed, so there was hardly any waiting and it meant that I could get on with my move and purchase. Needless to say I was completely happy with the outcome, not having to lower my price and selling so quickly. Also Andrew would check with me often to see if I needed anything or had any questions.
