For me it’s important that an agent speaks to both parties involved in the sale – not just the “man of the household”. So feeling involved from the beginning was incredibly important to me. Not only that Andrew was patient and kind with our 5 year old who was excited to see him every single visit. Andrew marketed our property really well – from arranging styling for the photo shoot down to the wording in the advertising. Our property was on a busy road which can turn people off. But by the second open home we had an incredible offer and it was all systems go! He was on hand to attend our property whilst we were at work to ensure finance and building/pest conditions were met which meant looking after our dog whilst inspectors/valuers were on site. I can certainly say Chester is a big fan of Andrew’s too (the photos prove it). At one point it looked like things were going to be delayed but Andrew worked his magic and within 14 days we were unconditional and less than 3 weeks later we had the money in the bank (more than we hoped for too).
