Being frustrated with other Agents we called on Ray White Holland Park and had initial discussions with one of Andrews team members Ben Colefax. Ben arranged for Andrew to call at our home to discuss our requirements as we wanted to downsize. At the initial introductory meeting we were immediately put at ease, and felt very comfortable in our discussions. Andrew explained both our buying and selling process in detail, and in a manner that didn't confuse us. At no stage did we ever felt pressured with high pitched sales talk, or obligated to make rash decisions. Andrew presented himself in a very professional manner, explaining the team with whom he worked with being, Ben Colefax, Steve Song, and Bianca Annandale. None of our questions were considered silly or unanswerable. He found the property we had been looking for within a few days and made our buying process very simple. Then we were ready to sell. Andrew arranged a photo shoot of our house which included a professional photographer and an Interior Decorator Bianca, who both did a fantastic job. The property was put live on the Web Site on the Friday, had an open house on the Saturday with Andrew, Ben and Steve (who also spoke Mandarin) in attendance. The advertisements attracted 43 groups (82 people) to the open house that day, with several offers being received. A contract was signed and accepted on the Monday night. The complete sale process was completed within two days without undue stress on us. During our negotiations with both buying and selling, we never felt just like another client, but more so like a friend to the whole team. When I first met Andrew it was with scepticism and caution. Previous personal experiences with the real estate industry have been less than favourable, or pleasant for that matter.
