Andrew was professional and helpful. He also suggested some excellent additional helpers for me - namely painter, removalists and stylist. His team were also most helpful esp Elize keeping in touch and looking after electrician/smoke detectors’ compliance and Mel looking after documentation/finances. Andrew managed to find such a large number of prospective buyers for the first open house and from there, a contract two days later 😊
Right from initial inspection, follow up inspections and purchase of our new home, Andrew was professional, easy to engage with and made the whole process smooth and easy going. My initial impression of Andrew was extremely professional. When we sat down to have a chat about the selling process Andrew showed a lot of knowledge of our area. We talked through the entire process and discussed what would suit our needs and house that we were selling. We found Andrew to be prompt when returning our calls and kept us up to date during the entire process from start through to settlement. We were very lucky to have our house sold quickly and for a price that we were happy with.

I reached out to Andrew and his team as they achieved an excellent sale in the Suburb my property was located. The team is professional to work with and is not too intrusive or pushy either. Ayhan, Andrew colleague was consistent in his performance is all viewings as well as communication after each open home. Even with the offers they received which was over 12 offers with over 80K difference between the highest and lowest offers, they were not pushing for a quick sale but were patient to wait until the right price was achieved.
