Andrew, Elize and the team at Social Realty were very supportive and confident in our sale which was very comforting as we were selling right at the end of the year. The sale was not initially planned, however, was necessary, as my wife and I fell in love with a new home, and put in an offer (which was accepted). We were delighted by the prompt and professional marketing and open homes. The marketing material (photos, video, and brochures) were beautifully crafted. The sale was sensational, as the team achieved a price which surpassed our expectations for the time of year.
