Andrew was very good, giving us good market advice and listening to our requests regarding the sale. He has kept us in the loop and communicates well. Andrew deals very well with both Vendors and Purchasers and I feel he has done an excellent job of selling our house.

Andrew did an outstanding job in negotiatrwing between the parties in the lead up to an auction that neither wanted. We only became aware that the house was on the market a few days before the auction date but Andrew did a great job of fast tracking an inspection and the negotiations, access to pest and building surveys and building approval documents. He should great attention two kdetsidl and was, sensitive to our needs and expectations throughout the process.
