Purchasing my first property with Andrew was absolutely a breeze and the experience was fully above my expectations. Being a first home buyer, I was worried and nervous about navigating the real estate market and having heard horror stories from mates about dealing with REA's, it didn't fill me with confidence. But Andrew was always professional and easy to communicate with throughout the sale. Right from the home open when I had arrived late for it and still unrushed to allay my concerns about the property; to dealing with an existing uncooperative tenant in the property on behalf of the previous owner and the property managers. There were minor hurdles on the way to completing the sale as it happens when buying a property but Andrew didn't let it feel like a hassle to me and was always one step ahead in rectifying the issues. All in all it was a pleasant journey of buying my first property. 10/10

He always kept us up-to-date regarding feedback from potential buyers during the period our villa was for sale, and we were very happy with the outcome of the sale. I started my journey to find an agent by going to several home opens and just watching how the agent interacted with not only myself but other buyers. I still remember the unique way Andrew interacted with others, not being pushy in any way but a the same time pointing out the positives of the property. I really liked this. I met several agents who I felt were pushy and a few that just simply dismissed me, along with several great agents but none that resonated with me like Andrew. I then approached Andrew and asked him if he would like to sell my property. We came up with a marketing strategy and waited a few weeks to list the house for sale. Within 5 days of being on the market, Andrew had an offer on the house after only 2 home opens (I think I got lucky). All in all, I was most impressed with Andrew's communication and willingness to assist with my queries, and the more relaxed selling approach which I think one of the most important aspects that resonates with so many buyers and sellers. I will definitely be contacting Andrew in the future for my next property sale.
