A great agent with excellent communication skills

I started my journey to find an agent by going to several home opens and just watching how the agent interacted with not only myself but other buyers. I still remember the unique way Andrew interacted with others, not being pushy in any way but a the same time pointing out the positives of the property. I really liked this. I met several agents who I felt were pushy and a few that just simply dismissed me, along with several great agents but none that resonated with me like Andrew. I then approached Andrew and asked him if he would like to sell my property. We came up with a marketing strategy and waited a few weeks to list the house for sale. Within 5 days of being on the market, Andrew had an offer on the house after only 2 home opens (I think I got lucky). All in all, I was most impressed with Andrew's communication and willingness to assist with my queries, and the more relaxed selling approach which I think one of the most important aspects that resonates with so many buyers and sellers. I will definitely be contacting Andrew in the future for my next property sale.
