We sought Andrews opinion of the value of our property and his range was within our expectations . He forwarded all the paper work electronically and arranged open for inspections . There was a fair bit of interest and an offer, conditional on building and pest inspection as well as finance was obtained which was to become unconditional in 7 days. Assuming settlement on the due date from listing to settlement would be just over 2 months . We respect Andrew's professionalism in handling our sale and he was very easy and realistic to deal with. I believe he gave us valuable advice about the market conditions at the time and greatly appreciated his advice and Tweed Sutherland over the time we owned the property.

We arrived for an inspection five minutes before closing Andrew showed us through and we discussed our needs. He was folding up his shingle and no doubt had another open house to attend wherein another potential purchaser arrived. Andrew though pushed for time showed this potential customer through. I thought to myself here is a guy who is working in the best interests of the vendor and understands how busy we (Potential buyers) are in zipping around to look at open houses. We placed a bid on the property and Andrew got back to us in a short period of time and indicated that the buyer was looking for more. Crunching the numbers we came up with another figure. On Monday he called and said yes the vendor would take our offer. Yay. I discussed the fact that we were getting our final "ducks in a row" regarding finance and didnt have a conveyancer. Andrew totally understood and liaised with vendor. Sharon and Marie at Adroit Conveyancing stepped in and their attention to detail was brilliant.
