Andrew Pennisi, born and raised in the Essendon district has grown up with real estate all around him, having watched his father build the company of which he is now a director.
Andrew started with Pennisi Real Estate as a junior while still completing his studies.
Andrew’s many achievements include:
• Gold Badge for sales performance. This award is based on client satisfaction and sales results, winners of this award produce sales results that would rank them in the top 3% of all agents in the country.
• Working for some of Australia largest developers including Central Equity, Hopkins Properties, Raptis Group and Hotondo Builders.
• Heading the marketing team for the sale of Grand Central (at the time the largest residential development in Melbourne’s CBD)
• Keynote speaker on several occasions at the Australian Real Estate Convention
• Leader of many training workshops for Jenman Approved and the Pittard Training Group
• Regularly sort by media including appearances on A Current Affair and Media Watch
• Six time finalist - Sales Controller of the Year - Australasian Real Estate Awards
• Winner of numerous Sales Awards including a Diamond Performance Award.
Andrew’s community activities include sponsoring scholarships at Rosehill Secondary Collage (formally Niddrie Technical School) where he is a past student and former school council member. Andrew is a member, sponsor, supporter and board member of Gisborne Football Club and Essendon Football Club; he is also MCG member and enjoys getting to the footy with his kids, to see the Bombers whenever he can. Andrew is an avid fisherman and his articles & photography regularly appear in numerous magazines. Andrew is a current board member of the sword fish & tunny club, Australia’s oldest fishing club.
Andrew is the proud father of three children Meg, James & Kate.
