Andrew is a nice bloke. We found his real-estate skills to be average. We made an offer via text message, and then he pressured us to offer more. I am sure that is illegal to do that. He also didn't know much about the property he was selling. The conveyancer ended up doing most of Andrews work. I wouldn't use him as my agent or recommend him to anyone.
