Andrew had an excellent knowledge of the market. Did an excellent job arranging all the modifications to the house to make it more attractive, ie new carpet, painting, landscaping. I did not need to do anything, he just made it happen at very good prices At the selling end, he showed heaps of energy and negotiated very well so we ended up with a good price. He is also very diligent, always followed up and is a nice guy
