Andrew Pink provided an excellent service. It was smooth from very start - the market appraisal, advertising, advice on presentation, inspections, through to the completion of the sale. This was despite a terrible summer of heatwaves, bushfires, choking smoke and torrential rain (mud storms) that caused stress for us and for potential buyers, followed by the covid-19 emergency in the final stages. Andrew kept things simple and relaxed. He provided frequent updates on progress, feedback from potential buyers, and kept us in the loop. His fees were very competitive. As our home was unusual, we were anticipating a long period on the market, and Andrew's service adapted to that. We feel he had genuine concern for our needs and also the needs of buyers, and this led to a good outcome for everyone. We have just sold our family home of 23 years in Cobbitty through Andrew Pink of Combined Real Estate in a short time and at a great price after a very professional marketing campaign. Naturally we did what most vendors do.....we had a few other agents out to get their ideas on pricing and also their selling fees. Some clearly did not do there homework on the current market and made plenty of promises that were truly out of this world. Yet another was way lower than we were expecting ( let's face it most homeowners always believe their house is worth more than it really is anyway!) but we were not impressed. Mr. Pink came and looked through our house and showed his knowledge of the area plus all the recent sales data and had a plan to sell our property as painlessly as possible. Just personally I didn't like the idea of open days with hordes of unqualified "looks loos" traipsing through and the security side of things as well. He assured us this would not happen and that on an open day he would have several staff on site to make sure everything ran smoothly with no security worries. The selling fees were also discussed and were quite reasonable we thought so long as we got the results we were after. After some deliberation we proceeded with Andrew and put our family home on the market with Combined Real Estate. We really didn't help things either as we were very late in actually giving the go ahead to start marketing as we were very busy renovating our next home. So.....eventually we gave the green light and it's all go - excellent signage, without doubt the best photographs of the property we have ever seen (a fantastic photographer for sure) and full steam ahead. Andrew had already lined up quite a few qualified potential buyers and we then had an open day - what a turn up - from memory 4 very very interested from the first day and a few days later - Bingo!
