Andrew presented really well at our initial meeting, was very knowledgeable about the local area and emitted a sense of calm and confidence that I, felt comfortable with. He was adamant that he did not underquote, but also said that the market was a little difficult to predict. The figure that he did give me was actually very accurate. I always felt confident in the way he conducted the campaign, never intrusive, regularly keeping me up to date and his performance at the auction was first class.
