He was always patient, and ready to answer questions, and reply to my emails. He was especially helpful in explaining all the financial transactions and legal implications along the way, and keeping me in the loop. I felt confident that his abilities and manner would deliver the best results for me, which they did.
He kept us in the loop at all times. The service provided by Andrew and Hodges was excellent. It was very obvious they knew how to look after clients so I could basically do nothing and leave them to it. And the result was a very effective sale with happy purchasers.

We came to Andrew just after the Christmas break, on a weekend before he was back at work, about a potential property we wanted to purchase. He came back to us immediately with all the information we requested whilst still out of the office and that we would chat first thing when he was back from his break. About three days later we had purchased the property as Andrew guided us through the whole process, whilst being completely transparent and honest about what to expect. We are very happy overall.
