From my very first meeting with Andrew Plousi, I had confidence in his ability to conduct a well planned and executed sale of the unit at Black Rock. At this meeting I was most impressed with his knowledge of market conditions, and ability to make a realistic appraisal of the unit in the local context. It was also encouraging to know that he had the resources at his disposal to effectively market the property according to a well constructed plan. The sale process was not without its problems due to external factors beyond our control, but at all stages Andrew gave me reassurance that he and his team could follow through with the timetable for marketing, inspections, feedback and auction etc. as it was originally set out. All aspects were covered most efficiently and professionally with regular communication and reporting by phone and emails.
