Selling my townhouse

I chose Andrew as I was happy with the price he got for the townhouse sold 2 years ago next to mine which has the same floor plan. He was very polite and communicated well the procedures of selling as we progressed through it. He always rang and was very personable with info and communicated clearly what was going on. I have seen him at various opens and liked his quiet manner, unlike some aggressive agents.
