Andrew is a highly polished professional, who knows the market well. He prices properties to sell and will give you a realistic expectation of what the market reasonably will pay. While this tends to mean he is at the conservative end of the scale with pricing, I felt confident he got the best price the market could offer and the house was sold in under two weeks, which is fantastic! We had other agents quote wildly higher prices, and making all sorts of promises, but Andrew played with a straight bat. I am paying for realistic advice, not a pipe dream that will take 4 months on the market to only have to drop again. Andrew provided this, and having made the decision to sell, the process of getting it sold was quick and efficient.
