When my Mother-in-law decided to go into Aged Care, the Family decided to put Mum's house up for rent. My brother-in-law recommended Andrew Reeves - One Agency. When I met Andrew the first time, he was very sure of himself, not a bad characteristic in the Real Estate game. From the start we had no regret. His team were very helpful in any queries that we had and were professional in a personal way in their dealings with us. They found the right couple to rent the house and any problems that my wife may have noticed during regular inspections, were immediately handled by Andrews' team. When, we eventually decided it was time to sell the property, we agreed that One Agency would handle the sale. When we met with Andrew and the team, it was explained to us what the property was worth, what the Council Zoning was and the price we could expect, we walked out of Andrews' offices very pleased that we chose his Agency. The property was listed for sale on the Wednesday, and the Open House was on the Saturday, Andrew rang me in the afternoon and was very happy with the turn-out for the 1st Open House, with 4 people showing very high interest in the property. He rang me on the following Tuesday and told me that he had an offer $27,000 over what we expected. The ball was now in Andrew's court, so to speak, either he or one of his team, were in constant contact with me to inform me what was happening. I was asked to extend the cooling-off period, which I did albeit reluctantly. My wife was concerned that the sale would fall through, but I had confidence that things were on the right track. Yesterday, Thursday, Andrew rang to tell me that the Property was no longer mine. I would like to thank Andrew, Vanessa, Leonie, Mikaliha, Lauren Woodfield, Lauren Sparkes, Jaymie and all the Staff for their support during this time.
