We had plans to renovate our home but needed advise on whether we would be over capitalising and if our ideas on the renovation modernised the home appropriately as we had no intention to sell for another 3-4 years. Couldn't recommend a better real estate to sell your home. We were always updated on the progress of the sale of our house and kept in the loop. Our house was the first 4 bedroom house to be sold in this area (Thornton estate Penrith) and we had to test the waters on the price as nothing had been sold here and the market was slowing down.
