Andrew acted on my behalf to sell a property on the Sunshine Coast.

Andrew is first and foremost a gentlemen (sounds old-fashion now but still an important trait in my books), he has integrity, and his word is important to him. This is the 2nd time I've used Andrew for a property sale & the experience has been excellent both times. Andrew knows the market, sets realistic expectations & exceeds these. I followed all his recommendations for positioning, pricing, & promoting. When are working with someone who is on top of their profession, the wise person lets them get on with the job. As I live in New Zealand now, we didnt get to meet face to face, but this was no obstacle. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Andrew to sell a property.
