About Andrew

Andrew is certainly a local having grown up in the South, completed his education at Morphett Vale East Primary followed by Wirreanda High School and it seems he knows everybody already! His extensive membership & sporting club involvement includes Christies Beach Squash Club, Port Noarlunga Football Club, Lonsdale Football Club, Morphett Vale ICA for indoor cricket, Southern Districts kennel & obedience dog club plus he has proudly participated in the Christmas Pageant at Christies Beach over the last few years with the Greyhound Adoption Program. Having been in the butchery industry for many years and most recently owning & operating his own Butcher Shop at the local Woodcroft Town Centre, Andrew understands hard work, commitment & most importantly customer service. Well rounded, he has also experienced work within a wide range of industries including tyre fitting, security, wineries and even in the optical factory field! He has a passion for animals, in particular, greyhounds, and as the proud owner of two (Emo is 7 years old & and Albert 5 years old) Andrew happily volunteers his personal time to find homes for ex racing greyhounds so that they can peacefully live out their days after racing. Andrew has grown up within a family who are passionate about Real Estate & understand the many benefits property ownership can bring & was encouraged to start his own portfolio at a young age. Andrew is a friendly, polite, approachable & trustworthy person who with his existing knowledge in the field is by no means ‘new to the industry’ & remember - ‘things just work better with Andrew!’

Professional and friendly

Andrew has a warm and kind manner which makes purchasing a property less stressful than it could otherwise be. Andrew provided all necessary information, explaining things I did not understand, and always responded quickly to my questions regarding the property during the settlement period. The entire process was made easy by Andrew and my broker and convayancer - I think I I was quite lucky.
