We first met Andrew in early November 2018 when we asked if he’d do a market appraisal on our rental property at Warana Beach, even though we had absolutely no intention of selling. He did this without any pressure for us to change our mind and list it for sale. The only contact we had for the next 6 months was a market report for the area by email, that we had requested. However in April we decided to list the property for sale under “ expressions of interest “. Having been many years since we’d sold any real estate, we were a bit like a fish out of water. Thankfully we’d had that contact with Andrew. At all times during the lead up to the actual listing he was always available for genuine advice. I have to say that without his input I doubt if we would have achieved the result we did. At all times he gave advice when asked for without any pressure to accept any offer. To good to be true for a real estate agent you may think. All I can say is that if you EVER need to sell or buy property, contact Andrew and have a talk. You’ll be pleasantly surprised 😮.
