Couldn't be happier with the whole selling experience

Andrew was simply brilliant. So helpful, knowledgeable, genuine. We first spoke to Andrew a couple of years ago. We'd notice similar properties go up for sale and I'd attempted to call the agent to get a gauge on if our value went up. Well, either no returned calls, or the agents weren't interested when i wasn't selling/buying to put money in there pocket. Andrew was the ONLY agent who gave us the time of day when there was no money in it. I still remember it, Andrew spent half hour on the phone to us on his day off. That is a person giving his all. We knew then, when the day comes to sell, it will be Andrew. Our home sold in 2 days. First open home on a Saturday, and Andrew is on the phone to us at 6pm on the Friday giving an update whilst others would already be at the pub. We saw Andrew's genuine care for both the seller, and the purchaser. This also made us happy as it showed Andrew was a genuine person. A seller more often than not becomes a purchaser again and being in that position ourselves, we'd like to think we'd be treated fairly by the next agent. Thanks again to Andrew, he's brilliant.
