Very good, thank you to Andrew Searle.

Andrew was very professional and was amazing to deal with.

We purchased a home through Andrew Searle and down the track, chose to sell through him too. Andrew got the result we were after in an efficient timeframe. He’s polite, responsive, genuine and we’d highly recommend him to others. Thanks Andrew!

Andrew was great to deal with, and made our first property purchase a very simple and pleasant experience. Communication was outstanding.

Very happy right from our first phone conversation

Andrew was very patient and help us through the extended negotiation process.

Andrew was such a professional at all times and constantly kept us up to date. We couldn’t be happier with the price and speed of the sale. He made the whole process so easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Belle Hornsby and particularly Andrew to anyone.

Our selling experience with our agent Andrew Searle was excellent. We chose Andrew as he sold our previous house 14 years ago. Since that time he regularly kept in contact with us, coming for valuations and giving us market updates. During our current campaign he worked very hard to communicate with prospective buyers on his database as well as other interested parties. Although there was only one bidder at our auction, he was able to achieve a sale at a price we were happy with in a very challenging market. We find Andrew to be honest, hard working, highly professional and ethical in his dealings. We would highly recommend Andrew to anyone who was interested in selling their property. Alex & Alison
