Andrew took time out on a weekend afternoon to show my husband through at a time that suited us both, and gave us the time throughout the whole weekend to negotiate a reasonable offer. Explained everything very thoroughly and encouraged us to do the things that we needed to do and ensured that we are well looked after. He also made sure we were happy with all outcomes and gave us extra time to look through when needed. Never put pressure on us to make quick decisions without consulting each other
