Communication was consistent throughout. He returned calls promptly, kept me updated as things progressed, and was upfront when there was nothing new to report rather than going quiet. On the negotiation side, he was firm for his vendor but reasonable, and importantly, straight with me about where things stood. There were no games or manufactured urgency, which I appreciated.
