From the moment we put in an enquiry about the property Andrew engaged with us straight away. He was very understanding on the distance we needed to travel and our work schedules to be able to view the house. Andrew is straight to the point (which we love), he told us exactly what the process was going to be once we put in an offer and guided us through the buying process. He was very knowledgeable on the house and area. He was able to answer all of our questions. We loved that the buying process wasn’t drawn out, and that all interested parties had the same opportunity to put in an offer. He communicated professionally what was required of us and kept us in the loop. All of his phone calls, emails and text messages to us have been polite and always put our minds at ease. Yes, we are aware that he is working for the vendor, but as buyers we felt respected, heard and valued. Andrew was not at all pushy. If we were to purchase/sell another property I would definitely get in touch with Andrew. Thanks Andrew :)
