Very rushed

A polite, well presented bloke who gave some market insight to give us a guide. Andrew was very prompt with calls and very well organized for the whole process. Because of the nature of the market at the moment, houses seem to be selling very quickly. The whole process was very rushed, but being keen on a purchase we felt we needed to make a bid that was more than we originally intended to. We are very happy with the purchase but looking back, we would have benefited from more time to inspect the home ourselves but also have outside help with more detailed inspections done for us.
