Andrew came highly recommended to me after I had a bad and costly experience with a previous agent from a different Realestate. I will be very honest, at that stage I had faith in no agent. However I took other’s advice and thought no harm in meeting Andrew. From the first moment I was completely at ease and knew I was going to be in capable hands. There is no nonsense or self-promoting or making empty promises, Andrew was upfront, honest and I could tell he was a ‘hands on professional, get the work done and friendly nature. After meeting him I signed up straight away. Well the outcome speaks for itself ! Andrew had a ‘very good’ contract signed on my house within 1 week. (My property was on the market for nearly a year prior). Unfortunately for Andrew the buyers (and their solicitor) have been quite a handful. However, Andrew has completely taken all the stress away from me and, in what I believe, gone out of his way and over and above what his job description actually involves. I had to remind myself that Andrew also had other clients as well, yet he never failed to return my call, always kept me up to date with anything needed or where settlement was at. I am not one for writing reviews about anyone however I have told ALL my family and about Andrew. His dedication, his professionalism, his reassuring words when I was getting stressed, his calm but assertive nature. He is not only an amazing Agent but someone who I would be very grateful to have as a future friend. I can not speak highly enough about Andrew. He achieves the impossible (and does not even look for praise). I am happy to verbally speak to anyone who would like to know any more.
