I met Andrew when I asked him to do an evaluation for my brother's property. Andrew inspected the property and gave an appraisal that pleasantly surprised me. I decided to go ahead with him. A buyer contacted Andrew and the property sold quickly ( this was definitely not what I expected , I thought it would take a long time to sell).
