Andrew and Michael were friendly, proactive and diligent. At the start, they went out of their way to meet face to face to get acquainted. They kept us informed about potential buyers, patiently explained our options with selling costs, and never had to be chased. They were always happy to do on-site inspections and encouraged us to be involved with renovation decisions. We also found them to be very honest, including when we *didn't* need to spend. We would absolutely use them again.
