Andrew was excellent to work with during the sale of my mother’s Villa in Adamstown. Communication was easy and Andrew would always return calls and make himself available as required. A two- pronged sales strategy was implemented early and a successful ‘deal’ and sale price was realised in a very timely fashion and in defiance of a market that was sub optimal. In general, Andrew was very helpful and attentive to our needs, throughout what was a stress-charged couple of months. It seems we tried to sell just as the market was starting to plateau, and Andrew managed to secure a sale that was probably as high as we could've hoped for. At one point it looked like it wasn't going to sell for as much, but Andrew (plus, I'm sure, a bit of luck!), managed to help prevent this at the last minute. There were a couple of times when we felt Andrew was a bit too proactive without keeping us in the loop. He would move forward in certain directions and let us know a little too late, sometimes when we would have held back, or done things differently. This could've also been partly due to the distance factor: we lived outside of Australia during the sale, so communication was a bit more challenging. Overall though, I would recommend Andrew as someone who was very friendly, helpful driven, and ultimately successful in selling our property for a price we wanted.
