We had a bit of a unique property to sell which was hard to value. Andrew discussed all sale options, what he recommended and why. He was very honest and realistic to ensure we were aware of what price bracket to expect. Andrew kept us informed without us having to chase him. He dealt with issues with the tenants that wasn't his responsibility and went above and beyond. We didn't quite get the price we were hoping for however this was due to market conditions rather than based on information Andrew gave us.

Andrew was excellent from start to finish for the sale of my property. We had a couple of challenging engagements, with potential buyers, which Andrew navigated successfully ultimately finalising the sale with happy buyers and sellers !!
At the beginning Andrew appeared friendly willing to help. The contract was signed in July 2021 and consistently indicated that the owner was impossible to get hold of, blaming the owner for his incompetence to follow up anything. Andrew further embarrassed the owner through negotiations like the tree removal having this already removed not communicating to the seller whilst we were in negotiations. Andrew also appeared to prioritise the tenant whom also works at the real estate people above the seller advising to me that the contract would be terminated. No conversations with the owner, no authority to say that and was willing to give away a sale to work in with the tenant highly unethical. To further add Andrew had 6 weeks to complete repairs in which he indicated was being completed however when discussing with the owner was completely different so I felt he very much tried to break down the contract. Andrew took 6 weeks for any meaningful work to occur. Highly unethical and I would not pay a cent for him to manage my account nor would I put any trust in him to sell a property of mine. I felt horrible for the seller for what Andrew would say. But through her experience posted a review here I’m glad she perceived her involvement as a good one which is the main thing. I had a contract that went unconditional on 23 August 2021 whom I spoke to Gemma on 25 August 2021 to advise they would not be managing the account for the conflict of interest having one of their employees in the home, the lack of organisation and my experience with Andrew. This conversation occurred roughly 5:30pm. Further there was a lease with the tenant until November 2021 and the contract with the seller had gone unconditional on 23 August 2021 with the tenant in place. The seller released the tenant from the contract whom I was advised the day I expressed to Real Estate people on 25 August I would not be going through them. It appears the tenant gave her expression to leave on 24 August.
Andrew was great through the process. We talked through options and he provided guidance on the best course of action. It was great to know my best interests were kept in mind at all times.
Andrew had followed up on our request to inspect a property in a different locations. Unfortunately this property had been put on a contract. He had taken the time to recommend another property that was for sale and had organised a inspection. This inspection was successful on us purchasing this property.
